From Penn Station, take an NJ Transit train toward Secaucus Junction. At Secaucus Junction, transfer to the special Meadowlands Rail Line train that runs on event days and goes directly to Meadowlands Rail Station, just steps from MetLife Stadium's gates. This rail shuttle runs starting a few hours before kickoff and returns after the event. Life Hotel guests can also choose the Coach USA 351 Meadowlands Express bus from Port Authority Bus Terminal (reachable by walking or a short subway ride) which goes directly to the stadium on match days.
